Pricing and payments
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Websites can be split into 6 or 12 monthly payments, and bundles into 12. Payment plans cost a little more than paying in full.
What do I pay after my site launches?
Hosting is $45 a month (or $480 a year), starting at launch. Pro sites and our Launch and Grow bundles include the first year. Updates after launch are $65 an hour, only when you need them.
Is there a contract?
Marketing plans have a 3-month minimum, or save 10% when you commit to 6 months. App plans have a 12-month minimum. After that, both go month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
Does the price include ad spend?
No. Our fee is flat, and we never take a percentage of your ad spend. You pay Google or Meta directly for your ads, so you always see exactly where your money goes.
Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
Yes. Nonprofits and churches get 15% off any plan, and we can help you set up and manage Google Ad Grants.
Websites
How long does a website take?
3 to 8 weeks, depending on size. Most sites take 4 to 6 weeks from our first meeting to launch.
What's the difference between Built For You and Built With You?
Built For You: we design and build the whole site for you. Built With You: you build your own site while we coach you through 4 sessions, for $399.
What do I need to have ready?
Your logo, any photos you have, and a rough idea of what pages you want. No photos? We can shoot them for you.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once your site is paid in full, we move it to your own hosting account so it's 100% yours. If you pay over time, it stays on our account until the last payment, then we move it over.
Apps, training, and more
What does a custom app cost?
Builds start at $999 plus a monthly plan from $99 that covers hosting, updates, and support. Every app starts with a free discovery session and a working demo, so you get a clear price before any work starts.
Can you work with the software I already use?
Yes. We connect to tools like QuickBooks, Outlook, and Google Calendar, or move your data into a new system built for you.
Can you train my whole team?
Yes. We run hands-on workshops at our Lufkin office or at your location, built around the tools your team uses every day.
Where and how do you work?
We work with businesses and nonprofits anywhere, in person or online. Sí, we serve clients and run trainings in English and Spanish.
