The Role
We’re looking for a Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and administrative efforts for a 3-month position.
This role plays a key part in helping our team stay organized, communicate clearly, and maintain consistency across projects and outreach efforts.
This position blends marketing support, note-taking, organization, and customer service, making it ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and keeping operations on track.
Pay: $14–$15 per hour
Schedule: Part-time
Location: Lufkin, TX
Your Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Support
- Assist with basic marketing and content coordination
- Support social media and outreach efforts as needed
- Help maintain consistency across messaging and materials
Administrative & Organizational Support
- Take detailed notes during meetings and conversations
- Track tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines
- Keep internal systems organized and up to date
Customer Service & Communication
- Assist with client and community communication
- Support inquiries and follow-ups in a professional manner
- Help ensure a positive experience for partners and participants

Bonus (Not Required)
- Experience with marketing, social media, or content support
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Canva, or scheduling tools
- Background in administrative or coordination roles
